    Gairns John "Woody" Woodsworth, Jr. Born in Chicago, Il on March 20, 1916, passed away on June 6, 2010. He is survived by his loving and caring wife, Millie of 43 years. Woody was preceded in death by his father, G.J. Woodsworth; mother, Bertha; sister, Mary and son, Tommy. He is survived by his children, Woody (Kay), Pam (Lenny), Diane (Richard), Nona, Leona, Alvin (Doris), Samuel (Louisa); 20 grandchildren and many great and great-great-grandchildren. Woody was raised in Chicago. After four years in the Navy he opened an Auto Body Shop where his love for restoring cars began. In 1960 he moved his family to Tucson. Woody became a custom home builder and land developer. He built four shopping centers, four sub divisions and many custom homes. After retiring from construction he pursued his passion for restoring antique cars with the help of his devoted and supportive wife, Millie. Together they entered The Great American Race in 1985, from California to New York in their 1936 Oldsmobile. He was known for the quality of his work and won many trophies. Woody was loved and will be missed by all who knew him. A Memorial Service will be held at EAST LAWN PALMS CHAPEL, 5801 E. Grant Rd., on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., with an inurnment to follow at East Lawn Palms Cemetery.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 45 years, Joseph R. Dado; loving mother of Debra Dado, Joe Dado, Suzanne (John Pramuk) Dado and Michael Dado; adoring grandma of Joey, Stella, Crystal, Jake, Booker and Cecilia; cherished sister of Chloe (Allen) Pokracki, Delilah Gyure, Kevin Gyure, and the late Douglas Gilman Gyure; dearest sister-in-law of Scott Dado and Patty (Jack) Enright; dear aunt to several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Sandi Mendralla. She is survived by her husband, Don; son, Casey (Melissa) Farrell of Hammond; three daughters: Gay (Rick) Plants of Crown Point, Mary (Elden) Cain of Dyer, and Dr. Molly Farrell-Corey (Thomas Corey) of Crown Point; 11 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
