WINDOW GAME
I'm locking up the basement door,
But I don't know what for.
I'm leaving all the lights in every room.
Nothing seems to scare you off
The way you frighten me at night.
I'm climbing up the walls you walk right through.
And then you start that window game,
Your pretty face in every frame.
Such beautiful glastasy,
But I don't wanna play...
Your crazy little window game
Is driving me a touch insane.
You're much to fast for me,
And I don't wanna see
A stranger in my home.
I don't wanna see your show,
No, no, no...
Stranger in my home,
Please go away
And leave me alone.
So where'd ya get that long white dress
That blows around in the breeze?
And how come I don't feel that breeze on me?
I go to bed and close my eyes,
And then you blow the covers off.
You think it's pretty funny, but I can't sleep.
What do you want from me?
All my friends see some kind of change in me,
Sometimes I drift away and stare.
They just want to keep my spirits up (laugh),
I tell them there's no problem there!
Maybe I'm getting used to you...
I shake my head and tweak my brain
When I think I kinda like your window game.
And then you start that window game,
Your pretty face in every frame
Such beautiful glastasy.
Why do you wanna play?
Your crazy little window game
Is driving me a touch insane.
Well, I guess this has to be,
`Cause now - I finally see
I'm a stranger in your home,
And you don't want me to go,
No, no, no...
I'm a stranger in your home.
And you don't wanna be alone,
No, no, no!
