Four guys from York, Pennsylvania started a band called Public Affection. A
name change, a few years, and two chart-busting albums later, they'll be
getting some public affection from our live audience - it's LIVE, recorded
live for THE DIFFERENCE in a special mini-concert at Philadelphia's Mann
Music Center...
Also this week: revered for their live shows, the guys from PHISH drop by to
share some thoughts on performing, plus they'll belt out a ditty right here
in the studio!
And, if that's not enough... JOAN OSBORNE had a little help making her new
album "Relish" from THE HOOTERS' ERIC BAZILIAN... we'll play Eric and Joan's
tune from the album, and Eric and the boys will perform one of their classic
hits live in the studio...
PLUS! In-studio performances from MAE MOORE, THE CAULFIELDS and THE JUDYBATS,
and a visit from THE JAYHAWKS' MARK OLSON... and we'll spin some discs by VAN
