The Thistle Dew Playwright's Workshop
Short plays, one act plays, full-length plays and musicals of any and all genres. We prefer Sacramento playwrights take part in the workshops every Monday evening at 7:00pm.
If your play is ready for workshop, there is a good chance it will be produced. Workshop plays are selected for Public Readings Series ("Playwrights Parties") in June and January. Pieces deemed ready for production at The Thistle Dew Theatre are selected from Public Reading pieces.

Maggie Adair Upton directed Tom's play "The Butterfly Within" in the spring of 2006. It, too, was a product of the Workshop. "The Butterfly Within" was recently part of a reading at BIMA-NY in Manhattan, N.Y.
