Home at Last

The time has come to finally go home There's no longer a need for us to roam The child we've nurtured has surely grown But it is for certain, can't be on his own Herod is dead, his body wastes But his own son still rules If we return to our old town, It's likely we'd be the fools A dream has awakened The path is now clear We alter our plans We don't live in fear We can't risk the child We will go elsewhere To Galilee, Nazareth Should be safe there
