Well I dreamed I made a crazy sandwich Peanut Butter and sour cream Saw it right in my hand which Was grabbing it in the dream I had a knife now spreading on the bread And it made an awful sight Crime against nature some would say Still I had to take a bite Crime against nature some would say Still I had to take a bite When I woke it was still the morning Sour cream was not on my mind Should have taken the dream as a warning I think that it would have been kind Still it just nagged at me and I gave in I just couldn't help myself Grabbing the bread and sour cream Peanut Butter off the shelf Grabbing the bread and sour cream Peanut Butter off the shelf I proceeded to make the sandwich It was messy and dripped from cream It wasn't so much a plan which I had thought as a full-blown scheme I took a bite, it sat there on my tongue Awaiting my review Not too bad and not too good It was something I could chew Not too bad and not too good It was something

I like the line "still I had to take a bite." You could repeat that theme -once in the dream and once again during the waking try out!
Love this response to the dream. This is one of those combos that I avoid criticizing at first sight because who knows? Cheddar cheese on apple pie works so maybe this will too?!
But I'd probably end up with the same opinion as you "not too bad and not too good".
Here's to your next sandwich being one you love!

Peanut butter and sour cream, not sure that's how I remember it, funny skit. Guess I'll have to imagine the song but the lyrics are wonderfully extravagant for how little subject matter they contain.
